Dweller of the Deep, cruel, no reward

So I killed dweller of the deep on cruel, after that I returned to Lioneye's watch to take the passive skill book from NPC and I got nothing from him and moreover the quest's already marked as complete. Tried relogging, did a couple of runs on him. Nothing. I dunno whether its related or not, but before killing the dweller I found a corrupted area with boss that kinda looked like the dweller, then I cleared out the area. Did you do what I suggested in that thread and type /passives? What did it say? If i said you didn't get the passive for that go to Tarkleigh and click on the reward conversation.

I know this is pretty late reply but I did the first quest from fairgraves and it gave me 2 skill points instead of 1 and the quest you are talking about was marked as done. It's probably a bug idk
