Orb of Storms + CWDT

If im not mistaking i think i found a bug.
i got Orb of Storms lvl14 connected to CWDT lvl 19 and it seems not to be working , not casting orb of storms on damage taken. Last bumped on Mar 5, 2016, 1:32:52 PM

The description on Orb of Storms explicitly states it needs to be hardcast.
