[2.2] Inquisitor Ele Crit Spectral Throw Theorycraft

I have been trying to come up with a decent Inquisitor Ele Crit Spectral Throw Build to make use of the Inevitable Judgement node but I am having difficulties to make a efficient passive tree and would appreciate some feedback.

Details:

Main Skill: Spectral Throw - Faster Attacks - LMP/GMP - Weapon Elemental Damage - Crit Damage - Elemental Focus/Crit Chance/Faste Projectiles

Auras: HOT - HOI - Curse on Hit - Assassins Mark
Wrath

Secondary Skills: Blood Rage for Frenzy Charges
Ice Golem
Whirling Blades
CWDT setup

Equipment: Preferably Lightning Coil, Vinktars, Static Electricity

I am not sure if it is worth it to go Inquisitor sore the "ignore resists" since you kinda have to take long paths to get to useful nodes when startig templar. Also not sure what other Inquisitor nodes to get beside Inevitable Judgement.
Instruments of Virtue looks really strong if you can to cast a spell before engaging the next pack of mobs.
Sanctify also looks pretty fine to me. With that many hits per second as we have with ST the consecretad ground would be up pretty much all the time and 4% life regen is really not bad.
Augure of Penitence is also pretty nice since your party members would profit from that too and it gives a small Ele Dmg Buff.

I would like to read your thoughts and suggestions for this build.

I feel like you can pull it off as lowlife crown of eyes but you need to drop something from a normal lowlife ele spec build.

You need to cull 14 points for a level 97 build. There's 3 point you can cull from the witch. I feel like cutting the duelist area is an easy fix but command of steel is ~400+es with a good es shield. It's also a super expensive build even without skyforths.

or you can go dual wield claw if you lay your hands on a gg gemini claw. just drop the sword nodes, for twin terrors, and cut out the mana leech nodes.
