What does "Inner Force" do??

I just picked this up, and I assumed it would up the value of buffs given by auras, but thats not the case, the values are the exact same with or without it... so now I have no idea what inner force actually does or effects.

any ideas?
It may not change the tooltip if that's what you're looking at.

Maybe look at your stat page when switching on an aura.
Inner force does increase the effect of auras. Taking the whole cluster means you multiply whatever aura bonuses you get by 1.3.

Check your 'c' sheet and the increases should be there.
Boosting auras is the primary reason for getting Inner Force. It also boosts flask effects.

but how can you tell its actually doing anything?

I use clarity, wrath, and discipline, each is about level 16-18, I just wasted 2 points getting points back, writing down the values of mana regen, energy shield, casts per second, and anything else that looked like it might be kinda effected by these auras.

then I used the point back into inner force, and then re-examined everything, and theres no difference at all in any values.

they are the exact same values with and without the points into it.

nothing under the offence, or defense tab changed for any skill, its the same without points into them, as with.
After you get Inner Force, make sure to turn your auras off and then recast them. They do not automatically update; sort of like when they level up.

after you respec into Inner Force, you need to switch off you auras and then switch them on again to benefit from the "buffed" effect. If you that, you'll see a difference

yes, thats what I did, I was out in fellshrine with no auras, no points into inner force, examined the tabs under my auras and wrote down anything that looked like it should be effect by auras, put the points back into inner force - and then cast them - and nothing.

believe me, I'd love to actually see something change with inner force, because its gonna bug the hell out of me now.
