cant connect from iran after 2.1.2b Patch

hi guys
i play poe for near 2 year and after patch 2.1.2b i cant pick a server all server are "?" or "0ms" then i try to connect but connection fail . when i come with proxy i can connect but ping rises and irans network sucks so i cant play with 300 ping so i have 2 question did poe ban irans ips or iran bans poe ips and if you guys know any solution for me plz help tnx

just a question. was wondering if you play other games and if you do what is the performance of the other online games you play? reason why i ask is because there seems to be a regional performance issue at this point. depending on realm origination some games play well in any region but other games play well in some regions and poorly in other regions.

i play other games and have no problem with most of games (just fifa 15 throw me out some times) i think its my country . have to play with vpn :\

hosein if its no trouble for u,can u tell what vpn programme u use to play poe after the patch?

same problem...is there a way...to change the IP pool(on ur side/game) or something so that we can bypass this tyranny of our country blocking an awesome video game for no Fking reason!

VPNs are costy and will make the ping even worse(300+).

I can't connect too (for 2 years i guess or maybe more) i was thinking that this maybe cause by GGG. I've been supporting this game too and i think it's really unfair if they really do that to Us. What gave me that idea ?? since our government don't ban such games in our country specially all the login server since they don't know the login IPS untill they Run the game, and they wouldn't bother doing that.
