There shouldn't be any external copyrighted music in Path of Exile, can you please email support@grindinggear.com so that we can pass this along to the appropriate member of the team?
Please contact support@grindinggear.com if you need any assistance.

Just sounds like youtube is doing it's thing and flagging every fucking thing, all the music in PoE is fine to use on youtube.

" While I can't speak to the claim - A preview of the song mentioned in the OP can be found here: http://www.shazam.com/track/62747466/machines-from-hell Song #10 Sepulchre. Other than a 2-3 notes that may be in the same key and using a similar 'pad' synthesizer sound, the songs is nothing like the music in PoE. The video here has a longer version of the Sepulchre song - at least according to the information in the header posted by the streamer - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rr6t62xOTNE If Anything - the snip of the song Sepulchre strongly reminds me of a Diablo 2 song, though I can't put my finger on it at the moment. If you happen to think of what it is, maybe you can forward it to Blizzard and they can see what they think take it from there. To my mind, this claim besmirches the good name of Grinding Gear Games. I don't know if defamation of character, slander or libel would apply here. Although the copyright claim might be considered a private conversation - the fact that it was not directed at the originator of the song (GGG) but to a third party (the player) might make it so. The further consideration that such a claim became known on the company's forum, might also be a factor. This claimant and involved companies are potentially damaging the good name of GGG. Thanks everyone.
" Mail sent. If you have a video policy I can refer to I can dispute the claimant's claim. Here are a few examles how the video policy could look like: http://www.crytek.com/video-policy http://www.alientrap.org/contact https://support.nexon.net/hc/en-us/articles/206109746-Statement-on-Permissible-Uses-of-VOD-and-Streaming |

I've talked with the support. For everyone who has the same problem:
" My next video got a copyright flag by the broken content ID system of youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wgTF4BQyadg "Ed Wood Music-Rumble Stumble - Ed Wood Music" AdRev for a 3rd Party Does anyone know how to avoid this? I can dispute the claim but it takes at least 30 days to get rid of it and its really annoying. There is no copyrighted material but youtube still flags my videos. The copyright trolls are coming...
This shouldn't be happening, at least not this rapidly, Youtube ''copyright proteection'' sometimes does tend to crap out, but this sounds more like someone trolling and trying to cause harm to others for no real reason. No rest for the wicked.
