[2.1] HC Hybrid Machinegun Chaos Flameblast Prolif

I used tabula for bladefall (BF, faster casting, poison, conc effect, controlled destruction and void manipulation) up till 76 then I switched to flameblast.

(assuming no frenzy)
*100% cast speed
*~4.6k dps with increased aoe
*~8k dps with conc effect
*can be even higher if caster sceptre, but lose binos prolif
*5 frenzy charges
*5.2k hp
*4.6k es (7.5k with vaal disc)

Leveling:
Oak, alira, kill all

Blood dance/ frenzy charge end game:
Oak, kill all, krait

No frenzy end game:
Oak, kill, kill

*Fast Clear
*Very fast cast speed allowing you to position shots very easily
*Tanky
*Instant regen for self and group
*Strong damage against bosses (even more so if it has adds)
*Synergizes very well with support who runs haste and vaal cyclone (can kill all courtyard bosses in no time)

Not a BM build so will need elreon rings/ammy with -8 mana. This can get pretty expensive since you need to multimod for end game.
Can't do no life regen maps with 6 link (drop added chaos damage) unless level 97 or if you use no frenzy build
