[App] legal or not?

I just made this in AHK, do you think it's legal or not?
It's not an overlay, but can be used as one if needed It using api.pathofexile.com to receive data Doesn't require game to be launched  It doesn't take ages to receive info about top of ladder if I use this. And it doesn't load server as much as reloading web page. There was a post by Brian_GGG about racetracking tool who was describing it as illegal https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/754616/page/1#p6541555 but then we have procurement and popular streamers using overlays to show league's ladder standings, so idk. What do you think? Playing with 70-80ms ping, which is causing long loading between zones,
resulting in 2-4 minutes disadvantage in 1 hour races. (I was wrong, it wasn't a ping issue but something else on GGG side) | |

If it just takes the data from the API and displays it in something other than the game client (i.e. it doesn't need the client open to work) then it's fine. Please don't call the API too often.

auto-refresh on forums race thread does it every 15s, script is doing it once per 30s but loading twice more entries than webpage. I don't know about this stuff, what is too often and if amount of requested entries affects server load proportionally.
