Vaal Determination?

I was wondering why we still don't have vaal determination skill gem in this game. I mean there is both vaal and non-vaal versions of grace and discipline but determination is only non-vaal. Kind of sad and unfair. Any plans to implement it? Would be nice to hear some response from the developers on this one. Thanks.
New mute system is terrible - no trade...

What would it do, exactly? Vaal grace gives dodge chance, Vaal discipline gives a ton of ES, would Vaal determination give block chance?
Block chance would be a good counterpart to the dodge chance from Vaal grace. |

Phys Damage Reduction? Like maybe 7 to 13% or block chance might be fine. Or even more armour than non vaal determination. My point is it's strange that vaal discipline and grace are in the game and determination is not. Feels like wtf o_0 did they forget about it? :D

Vaal Determination should trigger the Massive effect, like the shrine.
Good synergy for the sort of character that would run Determination! |

Vaal Determination currently is present in the game in Talsiman league - but only useable by some Talisman mobs.
Vaal Determination currently grants a mob an aura which provides flat 80% physical damage reduction. If GGG would implement such a mechanic in the game it would be OP - even when it's values would be ajusted. Even 15& base would be unbelieveable strong combined with aura effect and duration investment. Vaal Determination as a flat modifier would be broken - i hope it never finds it's way into the game in this form. |

" A low value shouldn't be a problem. It's like some additional Endurance Charges, they grant flat physical damage reduction too. |

How about a flat Armour bonus, +3 maximum endurance charges while active and gain maximum endurance charges when activated.

What I'd like to see Vaal Determination do is:
Armour reduces Hit Damage against all Damage Types +x Armour (same values as nonVaal Grace) Base duration 6 seconds When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.
