Fairgraves Act 3

#552,586,307 I don't know what I am doing wrong but I am doing this quest with another player {been playing since lvl 1 so we both are doing everything the same.} He sees Fairgraves, I dont. I quit the game, waited for the instance to reset, and made sure we are not in the same party. I still dont see Fairgraves. A swig of hope quest has not appeared so I am not sure what to do.

You can reset the instance from a waypoint or area entrance. You don't need to log out and wait for it to expire.

What you did wrong is you didn't kill him in act 1 so you can't see his ghost in act 3.

i should of already done the quest for that though for the allflame, i did wait out the instance as well, the log out was the second time.
