[2.1] PiroManiac Witch

Hello, it`s my first post on this forum and i`m really glad i can meet you;)

Today i`ve started to play in PoE. I`m thinking about build on my champion. I`m totaly unexperienced in the game (yep, i`m newbie) and that`s why i ask You for help. If i put my thread in wrong section, please move it to the right one.

I`ve created build (link for it is below) and I`m asking about correcting the mistakes I made. I thing that the worst part of this build will be a defensive one.

What i want? I want to make classic mage which uses fire spells (not totems, I dont like it). I want to use wands (not shields and weapons like swords or maces- I want "pure" mage). I dont like summoning minions, so i dont want to invest my skill points into it. Just give me fire and let me burn the ground;) What`s more about spells- i will not use the specific one- if i find something good i will use it.

While creating my build I based on this one (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1460817), but there are summoner spells and I dont like it;P
