Nessa not selling gems question

I recently read about some interesting new gems that have been added to the game that I would like to try out....
Unfortunately, my lowest level toon has already completed the quests they are offered as a reward for finishing. Also, it says that once certain quests are completed that the gems will be available for purchase from certain vendors, but these vendors do not seem to be selling anything except gear, and I am confused as to why this is?? In order to get the gems, Contagion, Wither, Essence Drain, and Blasphemy, is there any other way besides starting a whole new toon, and completing those quests in Act 1?? Thanks in advance!! |

The gems are on tab 2 of the shop.

Best you multibox (sorry guys) 2 characters till merveil kill, then get the gems and out on one char. And move on... (Also helps at start getting 2-3 linked good gems to move through shit faster with the characters and tp the other in for progress).
