Why is blood rage still draining health?
I have 4236 HP and 673 ES
so (4236+673) * 0.04 = 196.36 degen I have 6480 Armour which comes to an estimated 39% physical damage reduction. This means I take 61% of blood rage degen. so 196.36 * 0.61 = 119.7796 ok now I only have 3% HP regen and you don't factor ES into your regen so 4236 * 0.03 = 127.08 so 127.08 - 119.7796 = 7.3004 left over. btw this doesn't include when I granite and have endurances charges up. what am I missing? Armour only reduces damage from hits. It doesn't affect degens.
Probably also worth noting that the estimated physical damage reduction stat on the character sheet is literally useless, because armour DR depends on the damage a hit deals - the more damage in one hit, the less effective armour is at mitigating it. The key stat to know is that in order to mitigate 50% of a hit's damage, you need 10x the unmitigated damage in armour. well then the wiki should be changed because it says that physical damage reduction effects blood rage and armour effects physical damage reduction so.... ya.

" Can you point out the part that's wrong? The Blood Rage and Armour pages both look correct to me. Edit: I suppose it's worth putting a clarification on the Blood Rage page anyway. Will do. There are multiple sources of physical damage reduction, armor needs a hit to calculate the reduction percentage it grants so it can't apply. Those that don't need it will apply, like endurance charges, soul of steel, chaos golem or immortal call.
It even makes a bit of sense, armor shouldn't help if you're already bleeding but overall body toughness probably would. Not that I'd care to test it personally. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Blood Rage Degeneration can be mitigated by Endurance Charges (4% each), Soul of Steel passive, Immortal Call and Chaos Golem.
Did I Forget something? Edit: The same what Raics said. ign: fanimala Last edited by fanimala#6598 on Jan 16, 2016, 7:18:11 PM

Endurance charges will decrease the degen of blood rage, and an abyssus will increase the damage taken by blood rage.
Edit: I see that someone beat me to it while I was making this Sure, the lab can be hard, but it's pretty easy if you're properly geared, and not terrible at the game. Last edited by Rowanbladex#7614 on Jan 16, 2016, 7:39:11 PM
