Blind/chance to flee support gems + summon skeletons

I believe this interaction should work, but I'd just like to confirm. If you use the blind or chance to flee support gem with summon skeletons, whenever any one of those skeletons deals damage to an enemy they will either have a chance to be blind or make the enemy flee? (Besides rare/unique bosses which can't flee to begin with)
