Discontinued.
Ive had to test if Shutter Chuck is viable* in 2.1. As its handling packs pretty fast, the 76+ bosses are uttern pain. Friend on standard borrowed me Skyforth and 6l Shavs to test how it will work with 90+ char, and it was still not good enough to justify gear requirements. So for me officially Shutter Chuck is dead. Without Shotgun mechanics its severly lacking in DPS department vs bosses. ps. It seems that right now (2.1 patch) ONLY viable coc builds are using cyclone. * My Definition of viable: Able to do every map fast till 81-82 lvl. Be able to do Atziri comfortably without 10s of exalts investment. OR. Being good enough for very low cost. You're just using the wrong spells/tree.
There's a couple wand coc builds posted here that seem to be doing pretty well, they're just not mindlessly using AB/FB. All my builds /view-thread/1430399
