[2.1] Ele Crit Dual Claw Spectral Throw (HC Talisman, Lvl 93)

Hello dear Community!

Spectral Throw finnaly got its well deserved buff after over a year of waiting. As this is my all-time-favourite Skill I am very happy to see that this build works out pretty well on the HC Talisman league. Inspired by Mathil's and feelgood's Dual Claw St builds I have tried to create a HC viable version of this build. Once I have made further progress I will update this post to a guide and also add some videos. To get an idea how the build feels on mapping I am currently doing rare Tier 11 maps and it feels very very smooth. Feel free to ask any questions below or ingame! Enjoy!


My current stats on lvl 93 are:

-20,1k DPS without Vaal Haste, all Charges up
-5,6k Evasion
-5,5k HP
-5 Frenzy Charges
-4 Power Charges

The only reason why I picked up these nodes is to get 2% life regen to compensate the blood rage degen effect even on vulner or less hp regen maps.
