Cleave - Melee Physical Damage - Multistrike - Faster Attacks - Fortify - Weapon Elemental Damage
Flicker Strike - Melee Splash - Multistrike - Culling Strike - Blind(or Melee Physical Damage) - Hatred
Enduring Cry - Increased Duration - Immortal Call(lvl15) - Cast When Damage Taken(lvl13)
Vaal Grace(or Vaal Haste) - Blood Rage - Arctic Armour - Increased Duration
Leap Slam - Faster Attacks - Enfeeble(lvl5) - Cast When Damage Taken(lvl1)

You can use Flicker Strike like this

Flicker Strike - Melee Physical Damage - Multistrike - Melee Splash - Add Fire Damage

Bandit

Normal - help Oak (+40 to Maximum Life)
Cruel - help Kraityn (8% increased Attack Speed)
Merciless - help Kraityn (Frenzy Charge)
