Flask Suffix question

Hello. I have been trying to get a Perpetual Quicksilver flask of Heat via orb using. So the affixes I need are "(x)% Increased Charge Recovery" and "Immunity To Freeze And Chill During Flask Effect. Removes Freeze And Chill On Use".

For the Perpetual prefix I dont have any problems, but for the anti chill/freeze I'm having HUGE difficulties. I've wasted like 140 alteration and 60 augmantation orbs, and I am not be able to get "Of Heat" suffix. Not even once.

Is there any issue with it? Are the probabilities of each affixes different? Am i doing something wrong?

The last time (pre 2.0) we were able to datamine chances to spawn different mods they all had the same chance to spawn (except anticurse). Unfortunately, we got no idea anymore.

you are just unlucky. it it possible that some mods are rarer and rolling the exact two mods can be hard

Wiki says it only requires the flask to be lvl 4, for that suffix to roll. Maybe look to see if anyone is selling a flask with those rolls on poe.trade? If it's for sale, you'll know it's possible at least.
Sounds like bad luck but yeah. Over 100 alts without the suffix once would have me questioning if it was changed also.

I get it in the normal difficulty act 1 "Mercy" mission and the wiki says that is level 4 flask. In poe.trade they are asking like 15 chaos or 1 exalted orbs for this flask, I dont have that much XDDD. I didn't find anywhere that the mods have different chance to appear.

Hold alt while hovering over your flask to see what ilvl it is.

There are only 3 or 4 possible prefixes for Quicksilver Flasks, but about a dozen possible suffixes. Expected cost in alterations to get the specific combination you want, then, is about 50, but with high variance. Basically, you're pretty unlucky here.

Didn't know the Alt thing, and guess what...Item lvl 3!!! Why says wiki item lvl 4!?!?!?!?

Probably used to be ilvl 4. Either that or you mixed up your quest reward flask with one that dropped on the Tidal Island.
