Karma Koin where do I redeem?

I bought a 25$ Karma koin.

When i try to buy the 20$ Poe points it wont let me.. something about Balance...
How is so? it is 25$ worth...

How much points do karma koins give?

THAT SAID, I've had problems with this as well, due to currency exchange. More than once a $10 card has not somehow translated into 100 GGGold. I hate KarmaKoin with a fiery passion that stirs like a chilli-sauce fueled agony somewhere between my stomach and my fundament.

The Karma Koin is in USD not your country's currency. Anytime I use KK I always check USD vs Canadian exchange rate to make sure I am buying a card that will cover what the points cost. It's how I usually buy GGG points so I'm well versed :)

*Edit: Also wanted to add for those considering this type of payment that live outside the US. The remainder that winds up on the cards can be transferred to other karma koin cards so you don't ever have waste. Ive had several cards with left over amounts and then just added them together onto one card from their site. You can also check any cards balance.
