Hello guys! Can you help me find the best way to keep blood rage while being in Chaos Inoculation?

Combining Elreon jewelry with high Reduced Cost makes it possible on high-cost Skills too.
Vaal Righteous Fire is always free, and destroys the entire screen. The thing to take away from these suggestions: there's no reason to ever combine Blood Magic and CI. Zealot's Oath and 4% max regen. Get some armour/endurance charges in there and you won't even degen.
Shaper gives you 1%, you can get another 1% by pathing through the regen at Scion start Sanctity gives 1% and a chunk of ES, then you can get 1.2% more by pathing through to the Templar start. That would be enough. Kinda sucks though because you're essentially using a ton of passive points just to run blood rage, and you would hardly even regen with all that investment in regen. Might be okay for an armour/es hybrid but you'll have a hard time picking up damage in the tree with all the required defense nodes for that. Every Saturday = National Booze n Poe Day

One of my favorite ways to get Frenzy charges when I can't afford Blood Rage, Frenzy, or Poachers mark is Ice Bite. I link it with Herald of Ice, it increases mana reservation cost to 30% but makes it so when your Herald shatters enemies you get frenzy charges.

It all depends on how the potential ZO/regen affects your character (how many skill points you spend etc) vs other solutions up/downsides
