Lag spikes ! (eu)

Hello when playing since a few days i'm getting high ping and time frame . Sometimes it come back to normal the morning . I had no issues before and used to have 30 / 35 ms all the time including yesterday at midnight . Here is the mtr Scan for my gateway .
