Shadow - [2.1] Shadow Blade Vortex - Critique - Forum

Exiles, I'm looking for build critique on my shadow blade vortex setup. I am trying to scale my damage even further (My BV tooltip is ~5k with hatred) but I seem to have reached a cap of "easy scaling". I'm being held back partially by gear but I also would like to know if you guys see any glaring mistakes in my passives/gems. Thanks for reading!
