Need Atziri farming witch build (kinda cheap)

HEY! Im playing this game since release and have never killed atziri, I just never buy fragments or farm them and Ive only attempted this twice and failed both times.

I recently wanted to give it a full go by leveling a character purely for the purpose of atziri farming.

Now I do have a budget on Talisman Softcore of around 7 exalts to get a build going, by basically anything involving a 6link is out of the question.

I was wondering if someone has any suggestions?

I tried already Fakener (need 6l volls for smooth play so wont work), Blade Vortex(good for mapping but need good gear and 6L for smooth atziri), Firestorm (DPS is too low and fights take too damn long!)

I was suggested this build by someone saying its really great for atziri and it seems to be in my range of cash:

main links (5l):Flameblast+faster casting+poison+conc+Controled distruction+empower
main uniques: infernal mantle, consumign dark and binos
