ITEMS NEEDED :

HELM FOR MORE AURAS AND +2 : Helps with freeze too.

CHEST FOR MORE AREA: OR You can use Lightning Coil but you will have to tweak the tree for more regen or use regen jewels.

SHIELD : to be able to use RF and fire reflect.

WEAPON VERY IMPORTANT AND THE CORE TO THE BUILD : makes it easier to facetank and go all dmg on flame surge, and crit too. 100% blind on bosses/mobs.

How this build works: We cast all our auras (purity of fire, arctic armor, enfeble or flammability). We walk around blinding enemies 100% of the time, burning them at the same time with RF and totem (if they are hard to kill) and flame surge their butts to dead. The wand adds crit to blinded enemies as well, plus the 50% more dmg to burning enemies.

Our tree gives us lots of life, lots of fire, lots of mana regen, and decent totem dmg. You can of course go more life, or fire, or even totem dmg.
