2.1.0 - Plague Bearer / Sadistic Pied Piper (Chaos Witch)

Hey guys,

This is just a quick post to get some feedback on my build's passive tree for now. Once I hit maps (just got to merciless) I'll test it there and flesh out this guide properly.

The aim of this build was to make something up as I go along that turned out to be ok at endgame after I got contagion as a quest reward and decided to swap to that because I found it to be way more fun. I have named it the Plague Bearer / Sadistic Pied piper because the build works by spreading a plague and then leading the walking corpses into new enemy packs to further spread my foul virus underlings.

Currently having just finished cruel at level 54, I have a whopping 5.3k total chaos damage per second without factoring in my curse or wither totem.
