Ranger Lighting Build

I was wondering if this type of build would works well with ranger. Going straight hybrid witch for max elemental damage + Shock bonus.

Tell me if there is something totally horrible in this please :)

Going to use lighting pen + elemental weakness all the way . lvl 50 for now and no problem clearing things. A bit squishy but its fine dps :)

why skip the lightning nodes top right of witch?
