Looking for specific build for 2.1 leagues.

Hello! Well, I dunno if I posted this topic on the good place, so if I didint, pls move it to the correct place.

I'm looking for some cheap build wich will be viable for mapping, lvl100 and maybe atziri for new 2.1 league. I need this build to dont require uber items like 6l lightning coil and stuff since im kinda newbie.

I played cycloner, tornado shot and incinirate, and also dual fire totem, but it's boring to play it again...

I was thinking about EK / Shock Nova / Other cool build with nice clear and bit of tankyness.

I was searching on forum but I dont understand many things there, so if You can help me find out a build wich is non-uber-items-req, with nice dmg and stuff, shot me here in this thread.
