What rings/ amulets I should identify, for the 2c Recipe?

HI There
I just wondered, which if any amys or rings I should Identify. As my analysis of rares is so bad I'm guessing none for the 2 chaos recipe. Or are there certain ones I should, incase I miss a valuable item? TYVM Turnip |

" personally would still use 1 chaos recipe or regal recipe once you break itno ilvl 75 areas. Yes its very hard to find a good rare but over the long run, i think id-ing items will yield more net currency than doing 2 chaos recipes. However, if you hate trading, go ahead and 2c recipes. Standard is different then temp leagues in my mind. I only Id certain bases in temps for an upgrade or need looking for resist or need for alts. In standard, by whom sometimes but mostly only max ilvl for the roll I'm looking for. Poe mods site is useful tool to find that stuff out. Poe item tool very handy.

I never go for ID recipe. Chance for good ring or amulet is too small.

I identify everything ilvl 75+.
Ilvl 60-74 I identify good bases. Rings: Coral, Two-Stone, Prismatic Amulets: Turquoise, Citrine, Agate, and Onyx Belts: Leather, Heavy Everything else I save for un-ID recipes, and I also save most other item bases for those recipes. Last edited by XCodesLIVE#7013 on Dec 5, 2015, 5:17:53 PM

I collect every white/blue iron ring and then make Coral amulets that i mostly use on the unid recipe, all 60-74 rings i use unid(unless new league and i need something specific).
I id all 75+ jewelery, don't need that much regals as a selffounder. d:-D*

" Want to fix you a bit. Actually, the most valuable ring base is Diamond Ring. If you want to ID rings, then ID those first. Prismatic rings dont drop, normally, so advicing to ID them is pointless. Lightning resist implicit is more valuable that others (due to Lightning Coil users), note that. For many LC builds. And 75+ jewelry grants you Regal orbs, which are around 1.5 times more valuable than chaos. And difference between rolls on 72-74 and 75-77 jewelry is just minimal, if you ID only good bases for chaos, do the same for Regal too. If you lack amulets, use Coral ring + 7 iron rings recipe. " I'm aware that Diamond Rings are valuable, but I think they need higher-tier resist/WED/Stat rolls on them to replace lower ilvl Coral/Resist bases. Also, I forgot to mention, but I use the 5->1 recipe for rare Coral and Prismatic rings, and I use the 3->1 for turning Two-Stones into Prismatics. These recipes yield unidentified, rare Prismatic rings, which is why I mentioned identifying them. I'll keep these suggestions in mind, though. |
