Active Skill tree... Sugestion!

well, i've been thinking on a new feature to the game, an active skill tree. Why? well, i allways leave the game because of the skill gem-item link thing, u know, it really bores me that been unlukcy with the orbs can avoid me of using an skill "set up" with the support gems.
I've done another "model" as I really wanted, the last one was made in a rush, but is still paint, again, what i wanted from this is:

1- give more freedom to players plan their builds, since this would remove the random from the socket number, color, and link from items.
2- make it easier to new players to understand how the skill gem system works.

BUT there will be a lot of complications, like: balance, the mobs should get harder, since u can have ur skills maxed out on lvl 70, a problem with Vorici, since "his" bench its focused to the socket stuff, items maybe got cheaper, but skill gems probably would got more expensive.
For Vorici I though maybe could focus "his" bench on speed (attack and move), and change the orbs that affect item sockets, to affect attack speed and move speed, and maybe accuracy and crit.

This is a serious risk that i think the game would not take, anyway, just though the idea could be nice.

your idea changes the way the whole game works and makes most of this community unsatisfied with the thought of everything suddently changing, if an active skill tree would to be added, it would reduce the value of every single item in the game while making it to similar to diablo 3, it will never happend and should not happend, and im sure any active path of exile player would agree to that

Oh wow. That's probably the most creative skill tree which I've seen in a while. Do you really want to have 8links all over the place in this game? Did you ever imagine what kind of mess it would be to balance this?

yes guys, i know about ur uncontentment on my suggestion, but is a suggestion, of course it'll not be aplied, and if it was, it'll not be the way i said. Anyway, I think this could be an idea for future, or maybe a PoE2 feature (haha), the point is, this would make the game less difficult to build up at least ur skills, i'm saying it couse i saw something alike on devilian beta, i thought how it could be applied to PoE, ok? don't missunderstand me, but with this, it would be more simple to trade items for example. As i said, this is the only reason that makes me leave and back the game. Anyway, sooner i'll remove this, the opinions I wanted, I've already got. Again, TY.

well, the game has been around for a few years now someyone most allready have thought of it, especially people comming from any other generation of games... every single rpg out there is basicly made with the intention you would get skills from a character locked skilltree... this game is not going that direction, and nobody wants it to, besides, if you cant enjoy the game it is right now you obviously doesent have the blood of a true PoE gamer like the active people in this community who plays for addiction and cuz they love the game, me for example, i play the game wrong by remaking new level 1's all the time and collecting low level uniques for massive clear speed and i LOVE the way i can use my creativity in so many ways, its the only reason i truelly play this game and they have completely nailed it

Would love them to implement a mini skill tree for active skills. In fact a mini socket tree in your passive where you can put your skill gems would work the best.
