Iron Reflexes + Arrow Dancing

Anyone knows if having both nodes Iron Reflexes + Arrow Dancing would give me 0% chance to evade melee attacks and 40% chance to evade projectile attacks?

By the way, by "projectile attacks" we talk about phyisical damage projectiles or spell projectiles like fireball as well?

Since you convert your evasion rating to armor, you will be left with your base chance to evade, which is 5%. 40%more chance to evade and 20% less would mean, that you would evade projectiles at a chance of 7% (1 out of ~14) and melee attacks at a chance of 4% (1 out of 25).

Its only for attacks.
