From 3 days i have problems with jumps ping like this:

There's a problem with your ISP and the peer telia.net, so besides complaining to your ISP, there's nothing you can do to fix this.

So i can't fix it bcs i'm from Poland and TELIA have problem with my country?

Sadly it isn't just you, or folks in your country, or because you play PoE. People all over the place have been complaining about connection stability through talia.net
