Lost Steam account with Link poe Account

Hi,
I have a big problem i would link my steam Account with my Poe account but i lost all my steams' account... How can i do to have my ancient account ? PS : I m french and my english is not really good^^ Thank you for your help |

Hi There,
Sorry to hear that! When an account created through the Path of Exile website is merged with a Steam account, the account created through the website “overwrites” or “deletes” the account that was created through Steam. However, I’ve gone ahead and restored your original account. You should be able to log into your Steam account and see all of your characters again. If you would like to log into the forums, you can do so using your Steam account. You would simply need to click the green “Log in using STEAM” button located to the right of the “email” and “password” fields at the login page. Whoua that was fast thank you so much but is it possible to link steam my poe account so ? or the only way is what u said (POE account “overwrites” the account that was created through Steam.)

In this situation we may be able to manually link an email address to your account, which would allow you to log in the stand alone (non Steam) client, but before we can do this there are some security steps that will need to be performed. Could you please send a PM to our Support account on the Path of Exile website, confirming the email address you would like linked to your account? This needs to be sent from your Steam only account, so you will need to sign in using the ‘Sign in through Steam’ option available on the login page here: https://www.pathofexile.com/login and you can then send a PM directly to Support by visiting the following link: https://www.pathofexile.com/private-messages/compose/to/Support Please make sure you include the email address you'd like to have on your account in the PM you send to our support account. | |
