[2.0] [HC] Dweeb's Quill Rain CoC chain EK and sundry

This is a versatile curser build for both solo and party play. Can play any map mods aside from the bosses on craziest combinations ofc. Swap in two Doedre's rings, and use one 5L CoH and one 4L CoH setup for 5 curses in parties.
The expensive gear I have atm isn't really necessary, and I only specced for the Coil, 6L QR, lvl 3 Enlighten and Elreon's rings at lvl 90. Gear:
