High Latency, since Darkshrine; Constant 350+ms [WinMTR pastebin inc]

Hello

I'm connecting from Perth, AU.
ISP is TPG.
Since the Darkshrine patch I have had constant 350-400ms latency in game.
It is stable at that range, not spiking apart from the load screen.

I've included a pastebin link to the MTR in relation to this thread;
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789/page/1#p11291009

http://pastebin.com/tqbNbVtP

I havent notice any unusual latency issues outside of POE.

Regards
Filipy

Third hop on the test 229 ms spikes, 4th hop on the test average latency jumps to 360 and spikes at 466.

You also have a consistent 1% packet loss from the start, i'd guess you are wireless?

At any rate these 2 hops are the problem

You would need to contact your service provider and give them the test results.

You aren't connecting to the same gateway as the OP. To avoid confusion, would you mind creating a fresh thread detailing your issues. You are like the 3rd or 4th person mentioning problems with the Frankfurt gateway today. May be an issue going on, but we'd need details to know for sure.

Thanks for the advice.
Its a wired connection :S.
I was hoping not to deal with TPG customer support, I'll give it a go.

Ahh...well it should be easy enough to sort the packet loss at the start, just turn the router off for a minute and start it up again...it should sort that problem, the rest though is in the hands of your ISP

Just to give an update

I rang the ISP and they are looking into it.

From my own investigating;
When I used speedtest.net

Softnet Inc. is the only node that has the same high ping.
http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4811637496

All the other Melbourne nodes available Average around 70ms.
Optus, 60ms: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4811631014
Telstra, 60ms: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4811632594
Vodafone, 65ms: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4811633173
AARNet, 80ms: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4811633830

So it might just be something going on with these two ISP's?
