[2.0] Barrage CoC Cold

Clarity 10 = not enough mana to cast Flame totem.
Clarity 9 + 80%ish Mana Regeneration is enough to chain cast Barrage, never run out of mana and cast flame totem.
Can prolly use a better level clarity with Enlighten 3 or 4 and then u wont need much mana regen.

Need Wand with a good base crit (11%+ at least)
I have 95% Crit chance with 5 power charges, 62% without.
297% crit multiplier.

Viable with a Tabula but you will be Curse dependant to get power charges (use Assassin Mark instead of Frostbite). Without Frostbite some mobs that resists Elemental damage can be a problem tho.

Fertile Mind Colbat Jewel, +20 on jewelry and a +30 Intelligence passive were needed to reach 245 Int req on Wand.
Needed +22 Str from jewelry too for Increased Duration 20 gem and flame totem 20.

Perfect Saffel with 30% Spell damage is welcome.

All jewels should be crit multiplier >> spell damage >> cold damage >> projectile damage.

The Ultimate Endgame Build would be using (Purity of Lighting+Purity of Ice+Enlighten 4) instead of (Clarity)

But you will need a lot of Mana Regen (around 300%)
The Jewelry needed atm has lots of resistances, that's why its hard to get Mana Regen on all of em.
So maybe switch Maligaro gloves with Evasion+HP+nice resists gloves so you can easily get Mana Regen jewelry. Mana regen jewels + maybe a passive or two might be needed if you want to get rid of Clarity.

That'd be a much tankier build with 79% Fire 83% Cold 83% Lightning resists and 6K Evasion, 4K HP.
