How to get 20k armor?

Hey I've seen some rangers with 17k-ish armor without using Granite flask.
Does anybody know how this is possible? |

That would be thanks to the passive "Iron Reflexes" on the edge of the map between ranger and duelist

Yeah but that still doesn't add up to 17k armor...

Some very high end evasion/armor gear with IR and armor nodes (there's a cluster of 3 that gives 50% alltogether for example)

I thought that Armor nodes don't apply to IR only EVA does?
