2.0 Facebreaker build [To be updated]
Hi, I just want to share what i want to do (and am doing) in the 1 month event - facebreaker cyclone.
It's nothing new, it's nothing special, but my tree is a bit different from the trees i've saw in forum before i decided to go fb on the 1m league. I would love to hear any critique opinion for my build. So my goal so far on 1m league is level 85, since i do not have much time to play lately due to work (and i'm currently at work, Shhhhhh!!!) so my character stand at level 57 right now (i think around 10 hours play time, in which must contain 1/3 time i spend on trading stuffs for profit to early gear up my character. Still, i'm a softcore player with not so impressive skill, so dont judge :D. Pros and Cons

-Pros: + Tanky, extremely tanky if you want to with 7 (8 if belt corrupt god mode) endurance charges, tons of armor, cap resist (hard to cap chaos res, unless you use rare shield + boot + chest + very nice amulet and rings.. etc but it's totally possible. + Tree with lots of res = more flexible gear choice + Very high consistancy - Nice and stable dps, high map clear speed with increased aoe gem, easy boss kill including atziri with conc effect. Totally uber capable with good enough gear (people proven it, i didnt :P) + Possible 1 button if you like, possible multiple button for better performance if you choose to (cry, maintain charge) + Gear is pretty cheap if you just want to farm map comfortably - Cons: + Depend on how you like to setup gems, Intel maybe a problem, can be solve on gear pieces, not too hard and not too much needed + It's just facebreaker, it cant be something very interesting My current gear at level 57:

- Abyssus (cheap pair is like 3-5c on 1msc, i can buy whenever i want to, the "increased phys dmg taken roll" isnt really important anyway, with good armor and other defense mechanics you should have no problem with phys damage at all, ill explain why it's better in detail later)
- A better chest and 5L(or 6L) (my personal preference: Belly > Daresso > Coil > Splendour > Rare > Carcass jack. Actually i think the best thing possible is a nice rolled 6L astral plate with 2k+ armor, life resist.. etc) - cost various from ~2ex to 50-60ex depend :D - Red Blade tramplers - warband specific league unique - add some more flat phys (1-3ex depend, quite expensive for what it give i think, coz the league specific status) - Better Jewel (Ring, Amulet) My current ones are fine for now, i even craft crappy stats to my amulet coz needed at the time. - One GG Jewel: Life, block, attk speed, damage are nice. Resist and stat may also open up possibility. Character update at level 65:

24k DPS with 4L cyclone: Cyclone - BM - Melee phys - Conc - Everything die as i spin nearby Reason i swapped to conc effect is due to the fail in coloring my items with all chrome i got, mostly. But it's also a good idea offensively, since i linked Ash with prolif and increased burning damage, so my counter skill one shot packs like 70% of the time. Cyclone is mostly used for blue, rare, boss... so high dmg is better. Plus, on the softcore mind set, not having fortify until have good 5L / 6L chest is fine by me. Capped ele resist, 50% block chance,25% evasion,35% phys mitigation currently Ran blood rage and golem on a high level cwdt, blood rage doesnt degen at my current regen rate so it should never be a problem later. Next thing to focus: -Better Facebreaker roll -5L good chest piece -Go IR My Skill tree plan for level 85: (I like to take all points, but actually i think any difficulty Oak/Kraityn might be slightly better)

- 186% life
- 220% armor and 60% arm+eva - 190% def from shield (dont really matter if u use Great Old One's Ward like me) - 52% ele res and 28% ele res holding a shield = 80% all res, which mean you only need 45% of each ele resist to cap your ele res (jewel can give some too, meginord give few cold res). This's really nice for gear choice, so u can use more "flat phys source" like uniques and iron rings. - Can grab 3 extra endurance charge with another 6 points (6 more levels or some unnecessary resist points if u have nice gear. - 23% block chance from tree, + 3% permanent on by low level cwdt + tempest shield setup + block from your shield of choice, give you around 50-55% block chance. - Good damage nodes on mara and duelist area are all taken, like most FB builds. - 6.7% life regen, enough for bloodrage / skill cast on BM... GEM SETUP:

I use cyclone, i like the playstyle better than icecrash or infernal blow... etc) Friendly tip: Maybe most people knew it, but for the rare ones who didnt know: you dont cyclone for one long travel distance, you go for as short and as many small moves as possible, much better dmg output. - Chest up to 6L, importance as order: Cyclone - BM - Melee Phys - Added fire - Faster attack - fortify/inc aoe/conc effect (softcore choice, so fortify stay at the bottom of the list) - Helm 4L: Herald Ash - prolif & Hatred % enduring cry/flamedash (if 5L6S chest can use both enduring cry and flame dash - Gloves: 4L: CWDT low level - tempest shield - bloodrage - increased duration - Boots: 4L: Reckoning - melee phys - added fire - ripposte - Shield 3L: CWDT decent level - flame golem(sc)/Chaos golem(hc) - enfeeble I really like counter skills, so i use 2 of them. You can use one and have another gem slot free to use for anything u like, switch to molten shell 4L for cwdt high level maybe? ...etc. Also u can call golem with BM linked golem + another spell like warcry, flamedash on 4L setup. Reason i do prolif ash is it reserved almost all mana, but leave some just enough to use some skill on mana. And plus, cyclone doesnt do big hit to benefit ash prolif, but while u cyclone your counter skill can kill the monster, probably with low health and spread a nice prolif to kill everything, pretty fast for clearing and feel nice, but isnt necessary at all. Some other notes and explanation (most based on my setup/plan to setup):

- My go to setup will be rare astral plate with high armor (will farm div card for 6L maybe) and GOOW shield, so I have mostly armor on gears and some small evasion.
- You have some evasion give you maybe 15-25% chance to evade, which isnt really important, but does help combine with block. - You should go Iron Reflex + Unwavering Stance if you have more hybrid ar/ev gear like Belly, nice hybrid boots... - Jewel of choice is Martial Artistry (15% aoe unarmed - 1c in 1msc), Warlord's reach (+1 weapon range + phys dmg), 1 good rare jewel. - If i'm in hardcore i will use hatred + determination or hatred +herald ash + arctic armor, but im in softcore so i use hatred and ash + prolif, have some small mana left to cast support skill if needed (flame dash low level, warcry) - Can totally get less armor points, instead use nice evasion shield + rare (boots/chest eva/hybrid), maybe grace aura to have like 35-50% evasion combine with ~50% block for defense, but personally i prefer go armor - This tree is also pretty good to go for Bringer of rain version, since it cover 80% all element resistant just on the tree itself.
