Hyrri's Ire is T1 now?

I have a ranger in standard with queen of the forest. I got a windripper this league and am excited to give it to her tomorrow.
But, I also dropped a couple of hyrri's ire now and the loot filter had the white background and red font like it was a t1 unique. And I dropped a queen of the forest, too, but it was just plain brown.
I'm using the hyrri's on a voltaxic shadow and it is pretty good. My life pool sucks cuz, well, right side of the tree sucks for life nodes.
Anyways, what do you guys think about hyrri's vs. queen?
I liked QotF on my standard toon, is it out of fashion?

I'd consider hyrri better than qotf on most builds, certainly when running with imperfect gear. Best thing about hyrri and dodge, is that you can get 50% dodge and 56% spell dodge with very little invested into passive points. Getting similar numbers with block is another story, certainly on right side of tree. I'd still go for qotf on a dedicated evasion build though, cause high runspeed is just too good in this game.

it just says 'you are hit 10% less' and it does make a difference. very elegant fix from catch22 garbage item to a worthy contender

a side note - do not trust 'item filters' done by players when telling a 'T1' from 'non-T1' drops. players just do the guessing game and are often wrong.
