How do I craft a +3 bow that looks exactly like this?

Craft bow for +2 bow skills and any two suffixes. You CANNOT have a second prefix. Add catarina's "cannot roll attack mods" Exalt bow, it will be +1 all gems. Remove cata mod. Add haku's "prefixes cannot be changed" Scour bow and you'll be left with just +2/+1. Add multimod from Elreon and craft DoT + whatever other 2 suffixes you want. It's kind of expensive though. 6ex raw crafting cost + whatever you spend alt/regaling. IGN: Smegmazoid

" Funny enough when I followed the reddit instruction, I got crit multiplier and chaos res first before landing the +1 all gem mod. If lucky, 1 exalt, if not....2 exalts. If only I got the mod on my first attempt. :( Edit: Fixed the attempt. " I did block it with the cata metamod. Got the +2 gem mod alone, then put the cata metamod, then regaled which got me a crit multiplier. Then I exalt it, got chaos res, and the I got the +1 gem on the 2nd attempt (not 3rd... forgot I regaled). No. You have to alt regal for +2 bow skills and any 2 suffixes before you add the metamod. The metamod will serve as your 3rd suffix.
Your issue was leaving suffixes available. There are a plethora of non-attack suffixes available. There is only one non-attack prefix. IGN: Smegmazoid

" I followed this guide, and got what I wanted either way. Edit: I will try your method once I get enough exalts......and somehow borrow someone's level 8 haku since mine is at level 7. Though, to be honest, the bow I have is good as it is, I would probably go after projectile speed and a res mod I really need. Of course, that is if I ever feel like it. Well yea, if you don't care about what your suffixes are there are much cheaper ways to do it. Most notably you can start using my method (+2/2 suffix before metamodding) and only end up spending 2 exalts, the one you spend on Cata's mod and the one you use to get +1 skills.
