Resolute Technique: effect has also spells?

The Resolute Technique also has an effect on spells or just physical attacks? That is, the elemental attacks from a distance I'll give critical even though this passive skill?

It does affect spells but it would server no purpose other than by removing your critical strikes chance. The reason why is that spells cannot be evaded in the first place; evasion and accuracy only applies to using and defending against attacks.

I NEVER realized that Accuracy/Evasion wasn't relevant to spell casting, or damage.
