Failed to join instance, maps, portals wasted

Lost 3 portals of Olmec's Sanctum.

Chat gives:
Failed to join instance: Disconnected from server
Failed to join any instances



In between attempts to re-enter maps, I've tried:
1. /oos
2. enter a town area; saw other players moving
3. entered non-map instance, killed some monsters,
4. exited to character select, and re-entered hideout.


I did use the /bug function, was given a number and took a SS.

Same, had 2 left at Olmec on Tempest but I couldn't get in to finish it. Happened when I was running a Tropical Island map earlier too.

Starting to think maybe I'm cursed, was on room 2 in Trial when the servers crashed a few days back, and those are the only 2 unique maps I've ever been in.
