Map crashing and than you cannot join the instance anymore !

Sometimes fails to connect to achivement server too. I really don't know why, so thats why im posting. It's not cool when you loose Quality map. Luckily this was a 69 map. It crashed as i was starting to take down both bosses in Channel map. Happened to me fe times while playing normal game too or failed to connect to achievement server etc.  GGG thank you for all the great things you are doing. You have combined every element of all other great Rpg's and joined them together as one Diamond, that will shine Forever. I'm having the same problem. I got like 10 or more maps crashed yesterday and today( some with hight quantity/rarity). When I relog into the game, either the portals are gone or I can't enter the map(no instance found). I also lost all items that I found on said map. I tried lowering video details, played on a more powerfull PC, didn't do anything, same problem. Now I can't do anything because I am afraid of losing the map. Some feedback from the technical staff would be apreciated.

Update: I tryed running a map with a friend archer, we both got crash in the same time, map dissapeared.
