Eldritch Knowledge Cobalt Jewel does not work.

Greetings.
I have been playing a ranger and currently working on a new build which basicly focuses on chaos damage. For that reason, I thought an Eldritch Knowledge Cobalt Jewel would be pretty suitable and started to use it on my skill tree. This is my jewel. As you can see it here, this jewel increases your chaos damage based on your allocated intelligence passives in a medium radius. Hence, by using it, I get 25% increased chaos damage which is a great boost to my total chaos damage. Or at least I thought so. The following screenshot shows you the offensive stats of my poison arrow skill when my Eldritch Knowledge jewel IS NOT placed in the jewel socket: http://i.imgur.com/hIfDsmZ.jpg And this one shows you my poison arrow when the same jewel IS placed in the jewel socket: http://i.imgur.com/cPgLpND.jpg As you can see, this jewel which is supposed to increase my chaos damage by 25% is actually increases my damage so insignificantly that it almost has no effect on it. And it is actually so disappointing. I want to learn the reason. Why is that happening? Am I missing something or this jewel doesn't work very well? All Increased and Reduced modifiers are additive; they apply as a single multiplier. You already have a lot of Increased Damage, so adding just 25% to that multiplier isn't terribly significant.

So there is not a mistake in the increment of my chaos damage by the jewel?

"No. Add up all the sources of increased damage that affect the poison cloud ( projectile, damage over time, chaos damage, global damage) and then you'll see that 25 isn't such a big increase. Guild Leader The Amazon Basin <BASIN>

Oh, I see. I guess I confused 'increased' modifier with 'more' modifier, my bad.
