suggestion: ingame "service fund stash"

problem:
many players offering "ingame services", be it quests help, boss kills, atziri loot runs or trading related stuff but there is no ingame means to handle payment for those services once the service was done successfully.

services solely rely on "trust" that either the player offering the service is doing what he got paid for in advance or the players taking the service is paying after being served.

it's a reliable source of shitstorms because establishing something like "trust" in an anonymous online game is non sensical because even the most trustful guy can at one occasion try to "cash in" on his previous efforts.


one solution:
have a fund (temp stash location) where only two players can have access to:
- one player can put in currency or items
- stash gets locked automatically for both players
- both players have to agree before only the second player can take it out.

possible drawbacks
player who paid not agreeing on the deal and blocking the payment
- still better than no payment at all
- payment could be auto unlocked after a month or two
- accounts could only be allowed to have one blocked fund stash

players using this means to increase their stash by using ultiple accounts
- currency and items could still reside in their inventory but get locked
age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
