Help me pls find full info about affixes

I need full information about affixes, which mods can be rolled on every class items, i.e.: there are life mod about 100+, 90+ and so. 100+ can be rolled on chest but amulets can be rolled maximum 70+ or so. I would like to know this info about each mod i can found on:

I am interested how they calculated percent of each affix

Chance to spawn each affix was datamined from the game resources in beta. Unfortunately, since 2.0 we can't do that anymore so those were the last known values.
