[2.0] The Whispering Hole

first of all, i must say , the thing i love the most about poe is to theory craft builds :)

i saw alot of whispering ice builds, and i thought it was nice.
than i saw (ghudda and his shenanigans https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQvyZNoKD84 , and i thought " wow temp chains + curse on hit + curse effect + enhance +chill will be great, but hey... whispering ice do chilled grounds!"... from there my build started.
because linking the whispering ice + enhance + temp chains, takes too much of its dmg, ithought about finding other way to use it...

ok, this build use several comlex mechanics:
1. slow enemies for defance:
as mentioned before ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQvyZNoKD84), if you can apply high lvl + q temporal chains, with curse on hit + enhance, and make the enemies chill, you can make most enemies nearly stop entirly.
since ice storm guarentee chilled ground, everything on it will be chilled, no matter the dmg.
in order to achive that i use - 6L with curse on hit enhance and the curses i want to activate (temp chains), and for the chills ofcourse i use chill grounds

2. ice storm and CWDT:
ice storm is a lvl 1 skill, ALWAYS, that make this the one skill that can ALWAYS work good with CWDT, because the dmg can reach high dmg even if its in lvl 1!!!
so to activate the CWDT i use , in order to hurt myself and activate all my CWDT.

3. Get Over HERE:
becase cwdt and ice storm, the ice storm is cast at me, this can be a problem, or is it? :)
i choose to use , and also cwdt + ice storm + ball lightning + knockback, in order to bring all the enemies to me , where i already activated my ice storms (can activate alot on same spot).

- main source of dmg, notice it linked to CWDT, so it is like a 6L dmg without the need to activate it ourself

- mendatory item in order to damage ourself and trigger all the CWDT gems

- good item for this since it helm us manage the damage taken from scold's bridle (legacy version isnt a must, just i have it cause im playing standart)

- good combos you will probably find in any whispering ice builds

- good res, cold leech and freeze, pretty good

- should probably get better than those with some res on them (i lack in res atm)

- not a must for this build, can get much tankier with es int gloves (probably voidbringers for crit version), but i love the fact that everything come to my ice storms i already made, very cool mechanic in my opinion

- again i have a legacy version but not a must, can also be really good with CI and good ES chest

- near Melding node, high ES gain

- close to combat stamina node, convert STR to int


es on hit + max ES, if possible, i would roll also knockback chance / res

6L (actually 7L because of whispering ice) - ice sotrm + cwdt (not sure what is optimal activation times (would love expert help) / dmg on those, i go with lvl 6) + hypotermia + conc effect + life leech + cold pen + add chaos dmg
6L ( on shav) - cwdt + ice nova + curse on hit + enhance + temp chains + elemental weakness / frost bite
5L (on gloves) - knockback (from gloves) + life on hit + blood magic + purity of ice (because i dont have slots left with this builds )
4L - cwdt + knockback + herald of ice + ball lightning
4L - desiplne + purity of elements + inc duration + vaal molten shell

im thinking about spec out of AOE nodes since the make the ice storm fall farther away and decrease my dmg, so the other tree should look life that:
