Static Electricity Jewel
"Adds 1 maximum Lightning Damage to Attacks per 1 Dexterity Allocated in Radius.
Adds 1-2 Lightning Damage to Attacks" The jewel didn't say anything about allocated passive so is it safe to assume that all the dex passive in the radius will add to the lightning damage? for example, there 60 dex points in the radius of the jewel but only a 10 dex passive is allocated. does it mean I will get 60 max lightning dmg or just 10? |

Adds 1 maximum Lightning Damage to Attacks per 1 Dexterity Allocated in Radius.
It'll be 10. |

It clearly states "per dexterity allocated in radius"
And this is what it does, irrelevant of where that dexterity is located. As long as it is present inside the radius, you will gain the buff. Peace, -Boem- Edit : oh i misinterpreted the question, sorry. Yes it has to be allocated, i thought you where wondering about nodes that are not directly "+10 dexterity" Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes Last edited by Boem#2861 on Aug 13, 2015, 3:53:07 PM

Legendracula has an awesome idea of hooking this Jewel into a Bow Ranger build, using
given the amount of dex nodes in that area, I imagine leveling with something like this can be incredibly fun. Alva: I'm sweating like a hog in heat
Shadow: That was fun |
