anyone know if these cards can make the item RARE instead of unique like if it would be real corrupted and bricked

No vaal orb is applied so it cannot "brick".

It provides the unique and then provides a corrupted implicit on it.

"corrupted X unique" =/= "provides unique X and then corrupts it"

From my understanding that's how it functions.

Impossible to brick.

To apply some logic, GGG is quite adamant about getting the wording on these cards right.

If your thought pattern was correct it would say

"chance to get corrupted X unique", which would imply a brick is possible.

But it clearly states "corrupted x unique" meaning you will always yield that specific unique from the card.

While a vaal orb always results in corruption, corruption doesn't imply the use of a vaal orb.

I thought they taught stuff like this in the 3rd grade.

While I was aware they couldn't brick to rare, I didn't know the [no change] corruption result was excluded, too.
