[Tempest] Fall of Arrows - Point Blank + Chin Sol [Tanky, good DPS]

This is going to be my buildguide for my new build i have been working on since the start of 2.0. Skilltree http://poeurl.com/zvaoB7P Point of the build is to be tanky in the dangerous Tempest Leauge, while still doing decent damage, remember Point Blank and Chin Sol "close" damage multipliers are not a part of the tooltip dps. Offence with Chin Sol (Without Onslaught and Frenzy charges and Vaal Haste)

We use the Chin Sol unique bow for a massive damage multiplier. I have tested with a Lioneyes Glare aswell, does the job if it is well rolled. General gear, high Armour / Evasion, HP resistances. And as much Dexterity we can find! The daressos defiance unique chestpiece is a great damage boost aswell as giving us dodge and the posibility of getting use out of our CWDT setup. Ming's Heart is a great ring for any physical damage dealer, the penalty to our life pool is not that bad. The Chaos resistance is a lifesaver for sure. Great quiver, gives alot of survivability and projectile speed and damage. All great stats for a Rain of Arrows character. Lioneyes Fall

  We use this unique jewel to get some really strong passive nodes in the duelist area of the tree, this makes it so we don't have to path all the way over to Ranger to get our damage. I just started this after ripping an RF Incinerator in Tempest and it's pretty fun so far. What are your bandit choices?

You have a picture of a burning arrow but you are using Rain of arrows, right? Could you list the gem links aswell?
