Problems accessing http://cb.poedb.tw/us/passive-skill-tree/

I've been following a fantastic build guide on the forum that has links to the passives tree at http://cb.poedb.tw/us/passive-skill-tree/

here's an example:

However, for the last ~12hrs, I've been unable to access any of the build links getting this message:

This webpage is not available ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Is this just me, can other people access this site?

If the site is down (permanently?) is there any other way I can use this link to view the build? Perhaps via an alternative site or a download that uses the same build code (the AAAAAgEBB etc)
